Class Styles
Vinyasa: Strong, dynamic, and fast, these classes are often based around a 'peak pose' which may include arm balances, backbends, and inversions. These classes are desgined for students who are comfortable with a fast pace, however, there are options given throughout.
Hatha: Long holds, slow, and intentional. If you are new to yoga, or need a soft landing, this is the class for you.
