Restoring Together: a Community Care Yoga Fundraiser
🗓 Sunday the 18/01/2026
⏰ 4–5.30pm (90 mins)
📍 Wesley Hill Hall| Djaara country
This will be a deeply restful restorative yoga practice, with gentle hands-on assists from multiple teachers, calming breathwork, and lots of space to simply rest and be held. This is not a traditional “doing” class — you’re very welcome to stay lying down, move gently, or just arrive exactly as you are.
The class is open to all and donation-based, with all funds donated directly to the CFA, in support of those impacted by Harcourt bushfires and the people who continue to care for our community. Together we hold space for each other in a very difficult time for the Mount Alexander Shire,
If you have a bolster or a big sturdy pillow, feel free to bring it along. After practice, there will be chai and snacks to share together.
Please invite friends, family, or anyone who could use some TLC right now. And if you or your loved ones have been impacted, please reach out — I’m holding you and happy to support in any way I can. to the way each session flows.
